This position is part-time and short-term from Sept 15th to Dec 31st. With the opportunity to join the team full time in January 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The operations coordinator will co-own the\u00a0nationwide scheduling and fulfillment of orders processed through our automated equipment rental system. OCs follow the entire lifecycle the rental.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The operations coordinator will manage both customers and suppliers to ensure the smooth fulfillment of the transaction. Interest and experience in heavy equipment, facilities management, and construction a plus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create systems for more efficient order processing.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage the fulfillment of equipment rental orders processed online.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage multiple vendors nationwide.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide the highest level of customer service in all situations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must be able to follow through the entire rental lifecycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being able to juggle multiple customers needs at the same time as keeping them satisfied.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work under pressure and deliver an impeccable customer experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to properly communicate both written and verbally.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shown responsibility to work independently and under pressure.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A laptop computer and access to a phone is a must.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must be organized and detail-oriented.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About Tobly<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tobly is an integrated equipment rental solutions leveraging a large network equipment rental suppliers and manufacturers to streamline the equipment rental process for its customers.
