Is the price displayed the final price?

We understand our customers and know that access to pricing is important, this is why we have made the commitment to guarantee every single price listed on our platform. Prices vary according to zip code.

How competitive is Tobly’s pricing

Tobly offers competitive pricing across the board. We are generally cheaper than all the National rental companies but sometimes slightly higher than Local suppliers.

How are prices determined?

We are market setters, Tobly has real time data on pricing across the nation and it uses that data to set fair market price value. Tobly aggregates demand from its customers and negotiates bulk pricing with its suppliers.

Tobly offers way more than just fair pricing, it empowers customers with tools such as online booking, delivery confirmation, overnight customer support (English and Spanish), nationwide coverage, and much more.

Who is responsible for damages?

The customer/company placing the order in our online portal is 100% liable for lost, broken or stolen equipment once delivered.

Our supply partner (the machine owner) is responsible for delivering the rented item, in a functioning state, well maintained and delivered on time.

Tobly’s job is to ensure that the process, from securing the order via Tobly's platform to delivery of the equipment, flows seamlessly and our customers have a great experience.

Is there same day delivery?

It depends, delivery relies solely on the supplier’s ability to deliver the equipment to the customer and, while we will do everything in our power to get the equipment to the destination on the same day, we can not guarantee delivery time with less than 24 hour notice.

How long can I keep the equipment?

You may keep the equipment for as long as you need, in fact it is your responsibility to call the rental off when you are done with the machine.

We will send you automated reminders when your equipment is due for return but, if you fail to call the rental off, you will be charged for the extra time.

When will my equipment be picked up?

Equipment pick up will be arranged as soon as you call the rental off. If a rental extension is needed, we encourage you to contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid unwanted cost overages.

Attempt to pick up is one of the most commonly paid extra fees, these fees are charged when the machine has been called off and the driver arrives at the location and the machine is not available for pick-up.
